Use your seed grant to set up operations, build your product, and find customers.

Work with mentors and your cohort to test assumptions and sharpen your model.

Launch
Complete the 6-month program with an operating business and tracked outcomes.
Eligibility
Who can apply

Age 16 or older (under 18 requires a parent or guardian co-signature)

Building a business that uses AI as a core part of its product or service

Have a viable business concept with a basic plan for fund use

From or serving an economically under-resourced community

Not currently receiving funding from another incubator for the same business

CodeBoxx Foundation, Inc. is a Florida 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 92-3590248). All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Gifts designated for the Student Venture Launchpad are held in a restricted program fund and used exclusively for seed grants and direct program costs.
